Tsitsi Iashvili has over 20 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. Her name is associated with bringing numerous large-scale international artists to Georgia, even at a time when the country’s music industry was still taking its first steps. Before becoming Head of Projects at Black Sea Arena, she was the driving force behind many of the country’s most important festivals and events, which were implemented in Georgia for the first time and carried a distinctly revolutionary character. In 2019, Tsitsi Iashvili was appointed Head of Projects at Black Sea Arena and became one of the key initiators of Starring Georgia project. Her name is also closely connected to the initiation of other major projects within the Starring Georgia ecosystem, including The Social Space, Horizon Paragraph and Hecate’s Garden.

Nodar Trapaidze is one of the professionals in the Georgian music industry specializing in artist management and joined the Starring Georgia team in 2023. With the experience he has gained over the years, he has become a valuable member of the team, bringing youthful energy and modern ideas that continuously adds novelty to each of our projects.
